Out of the Blue — Horniman Library campaign
I created a series of three posters, which can fold into leaflets, each one representing a study area of the Library. These were used both as a promotional device and collaborative game.
The visuals come from the modern equivalent to cyanotypes which I believe is photocopying. The leaflets can be teared off for visitors to keep or to build together a mural of modern cyanotypes within the library. This format can also be used on the library’s Instagram / social media.
The tagline ‘Out of the Blue’ goes back to the accidental discovery
of cyanotypes and links to the idea of the library becoming more visible.
