At the beginning of September 2017 I had a short placement with Social&Local. They kindly took me on board to assist on the development of existing concepts and also to come up with new activation ideas for the launch of a 3-5 year strategic and sustainable communications platform, activation plan and associated identity.
The focus of the project is to demonstrate the value of National Grid Business Services in contributing to the success of the business.
#TheEnergyInside is the brand communications platform created to portray the NGBS team as helpful and human - responsive, reliable people who help enable the company to fulfil its purpose.
During the placement, I got the chance to attend a Hackathon which Social&Local organised in order to present concepts to National Grid employees and to make a decision on which to take further.
